Overnight Oats Recipe

A delicious dish from the Khepri kitchen.

A Morning Favorite

Another favorite recipe of ours for your mornings! Something like overnight oats can be simple, versatile, and easily be eaten on the go when you are in a rush. Oatmeal can help fill you up with antioxidants, soluble fiber, and important vitamins.


Here's what you need:

  • ⅓ cup old-fashioned oats

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds or chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter

  • ½ cup almond milk for a thick consistency, or up to ⅔ cup milk for a lighter consistency

  • 15-20 drops of Higher Healing CBD oil

  • ½ cup fruit (I used blueberries, bananas, and kiwi)

  • Drizzle of maple syrup or honey


Here's how you make it:

  • In a mason jar, combine the old-fashioned oats and cinnamon), choice of seeds and nut butter.

  • Add a splash of your favorite milk option and mix the nut butter into the oats.

  • Then add the rest of the milk and stir to combine.

  • Top with your fruit of choice. (If you used more milk than ½ cup and you want your fruit to stay on top, wait to top the oats until you’re ready to eat).

  • Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.

  • When you’re ready to serve, add a drizzle of maple syrup or honey if wanted, and enjoy chilled
